What is private Yoga? Well, essentially it’s you, me and Yoga.
Working with me privately means you get me all to yourself, so we can take your time and your practice where you want it to go.
Maybe you’re interested in crafting a home practice but you’re not sure how to get started.
Maybe you’re sick of sitting out the inversion practice and would love to me support to nail those suckers without everyone else around to watch you
Maybe you just love the idea of investing in yourself and your self-care in this way and having me bring yoga to your place is a juicy, supportive thing you’d love to do for yourself!
Private Yoga classes are great for all of these desires. They are also really good for overcoming an injury, going deeper or into more advanced Asana, fitting in to your schedule and supporting the healing you are doing with other practitioners.
Here is what working with me privately would look like:
As soon as you register we find a time that works really well for you, either at your place or at my studio.
Then we meet and have your first session, which will go for 90 minutes, giving us lots of time to talk about what it is you are looking for from your sessions, how I can support you fully and how you desire by the time we finish working together. We’ll also go through some questions to get you focused on YOU and your self care.
Then we’ll have a gorgeous hour of Yoga, where I tailor everything do suit what it is you desire. Whether that’s strong sweaty flow or deep nourishing restorative: it’s your call and I’ll be there for you completely.
In between your first and second session I’ll email you a list of the poses we did so you can start working on them at home. Of course, this in only if you feel like it!
Then we’ll meet on two more occasions for two more hour-long Yoga sessions, again focusing on what your body needs are on that day.
About Louise
In brief, here is a little about myself. . however would much rather meet you in person... I hope we get to meet in the flesh one day soon.
My journey of personal transformation has involved taking consistent steps towards finding my purpose and truth. It’s been a long, beautiful, and sometimes challenging journey to get me to where I am today. I’d like to share with you that the first step I took towards reaching my highest potential was signing up for a course to learn how to meditate, then years on from that and much study later, my subsequent steps have led me to a completely new way of life and being in this world with years of training and experience under my belt, which allows me to share my Coaching, Facilitation, Teaching and Healing skills with others to empower and heal them (see below for qualifications if that is of interest to you).
I practise from a stunning, tranquil, secluded property Kodama Retreat, positioned up on the luscious Central Coast (just over an hour’s drive from Sydney). The views here are breath taking and the abundance of nature which surrounds and holds us is simply magical. It is a very special part of the world and I am constantly in gratitude and would love to share its magic with you...
Kodama is simply the perfect serene spot to enjoy a transformative coaching session, to ‘let go’ on the yoga mat or drop into stillness in meditation, or to be quiet and reflect whilst on a retreat here. Clients say that the minute they arrive, they already feel more at peace, their shoulders drop, a gentle smile appears on their face, their pace slows and they become aware again of how it feels to breathe fresh crisp air deeply into their lungs again.
