Meditation is a life skill and once learnt it becomes a powerful tool that is kept by its owner and can be used as and when needed.
The purpose of this course ‘Where will Meditation take you?’ is to gift you with this tool.
By the end of the 5 weeks the aim is that you will have created the habit of taking time to meditate on a daily basis.

Beginners Meditation Course overview:
Classes are small and intimate to ensure every person gets individual attention.
Each week will have a different theme and the meditation will take you somewhere new each week.
Each lesson will consist of teaching, actual meditations, sharing and weekly tasks to complete at home.
Week 1: Breathing & absorbing the fundamentals
The breath is fundamental to meditation and relaxation so we begin gently with this subject. We will look at how to meditate, and set up a daily practice for yourself. You will learn some simple calming breathing exercises and experience breath focused pranayama and meditation that you can use anywhere anytime to feel more centred.
Week 2: Visiting a place of beauty & stillness
In this session you will be able to really let go, whilst accessing and opening up the creative side of your brain as you experience creative and guided visualization meditation techniques, which take you to beautiful places you only ever dreamed of.
Week 3: Surviving & thriving in today’s stressful world
Stress can wreak havoc on our health if not addressed. We will look at what causes stress and how it affects our physiology. You will learn some effective meditations for how to manage day to day stress, to calm your nervous system and still the chatter in your mind.
Week 4: Dealing with fear & anxiety
It’s very common to feel anxious or fearful before an important meeting or other pressurized situation in life. We will look at these emotions and learn effective tools to deal with them and face them when they arise.
Week 5: Spreading the Love to yourself & others
You know that friend/family member/colleague that knows how to push your buttons? In this final session you will experience meditation techniques that allow you to have more compassion for others, how to be kinder to yourself and also work on any negative internal dialogue.

“The most important thing I’ve taken away from this meditation course are the holistic benefits meditation has on my whole life! I loved the concept Louise instilled in us…
About Louise
In brief, here is a little about myself. . however would much rather meet you in person... I hope we get to meet in the flesh one day soon.
My journey of personal transformation has involved taking consistent steps towards finding my purpose and truth. It’s been a long, beautiful, and sometimes challenging journey to get me to where I am today. I’d like to share with you that the first step I took towards reaching my highest potential was signing up for a course to learn how to meditate, then years on from that and much study later, my subsequent steps have led me to a completely new way of life and being in this world with years of training and experience under my belt, which allows me to share my Coaching, Facilitation, Teaching and Healing skills with others to empower and heal them (see below for qualifications if that is of interest to you).
I practise from a stunning, tranquil, secluded property Kodama Retreat, positioned up on the luscious Central Coast (just over an hour’s drive from Sydney). The views here are breath taking and the abundance of nature which surrounds and holds us is simply magical. It is a very special part of the world and I am constantly in gratitude and would love to share its magic with you...
Kodama is simply the perfect serene spot to enjoy a transformative coaching session, to ‘let go’ on the yoga mat or drop into stillness in meditation, or to be quiet and reflect whilst on a retreat here. Clients say that the minute they arrive, they already feel more at peace, their shoulders drop, a gentle smile appears on their face, their pace slows and they become aware again of how it feels to breathe fresh crisp air deeply into their lungs again.
