I will facilitate this process & provide you with the tools to better navigate the ways in which you respond in difficult situations and lead a life of confidence and strengthened self awareness.
The coaching process typically follows a 3-month cycle in which we will have a 1hr session every two weeks. Between these one-on-one’s, there will be ongoing practices & homework to further develop & embody the learnings of the previous session. We’ll begin with an intake session to identify & unpack the coaching topic that we will be working with across the next 3 months, as well as gain clarity around your goals as you progress towards a way of life that better serves you. Each subsequent session is designed to break down the patterns, thoughts and beliefs that you’ve been carrying with you throughout your life. I will be there with you every step of the way to help facilitate the process of rediscovering the most authentic you.

This gives us the chance to get to know each other and provides you with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have around the coaching process.
