It all starts with a complimentary call to better understand if we could work well together and coaching's a good fit for you.
First, I'll get you to complete a short questionnaire below, this helps me understand what you'd like to work towards. Once I have your questionnaire, I'll review it then send you an email with a link to set up a time for us to talk. Our initial call will be about 20 minutes long.
During our call, we'll identify your strategy for anxiety and explore how it holds you back. We'll discuss working together and what that might look like while answering any questions you have along the way. If at the end of our call you want to work together, great! If not, no problem. We’re cool either way.
